Megumi here, like basically everyone in Shibuya's Underground has ESPer abilities. This includes being able to read minds and imprint thoughts or ideas, even brainwash people entirely. Chances are, he's not going to do the latter two things, but the telepathy is a passive ability and can't really be turned off.
He's probably not going to go scouring for anyone's innermost secrets or turn everyone into meme-imprinted zombies or anything, but he will most likely hear surface thoughts. So I need you guys to fill this out!
